We have the King in Yellow and the Black Pharaoh expansions (though we haven’t played the second, yet; we’ve heard it’s pretty much impossible). The kids love to play, which makes for a pretty slow game, but we still have fun. I think it’s pretty well balanced, as cooperative games go.

I’d say that Mystara is closest to Basic D&D and that Greyhawk is closest to 1e AD&D, but tomato/tomahto, y’know.

Also: Tieflings are all descended from Wilbur Whately? Really?

I’m currently my own world in the rules of 4e, and while it requires a bit of sleight-oh-hand (the original world doesn’t have a lot of the races in the 4e game), it is something that I have a lot of background on makes it easier on me when I need to make something up on the fly. Which, given that it’s tabletop RPG, is a pretty common occurrence.

Sweet. I look forward to further ruminations on this. I’ve made my own setting for my current 4e game (although it nods heavily back to the setting a friend used for his various Rolemaster games in college, albeit with enough distance from the original that it’s not necessary to know it to grok my setting – like Komandi is to the 20thc DCUniverse) but I’m not sure it’s a great fit for the system as there’s a general lack of dungeonous ruins for crawling in, which really seems to be the thrust of this edition.

Honestly, i’ve been reading curtis for years. To me curtis is a blowhard. It’s another one of those numbskull guys interested in a girl that don’t like them. Chutney really loves and care for curtis even thought they are not even teenagers. But the simple fact is….CURTIS NEEDS TO SEE THE LIGHT!!! Hopefully someday he will.

Hi! i see these bubbles too… they are just floating in the air…. specially when u look towards light… most in sunlight…. did u find out anything more about these bubbles?
